This tutorial uses Animation Shop 3.
Go to the File menu at the top and click New. Choose the dimensions of the graphic you want to make.
Find the pictures you want to use in this animation. Here are the ones I'm using:
Copy and paste the first picture into Animation Shop 3. Then copy the second picture and go to the Edit menu > Paste > After Current Frame. Keep doing that until you have all your pictures pasted in Animation Shop. It should look something like this:
Now go to the Animation menu > Animation Properties. Click the Looping tab. Make sure "Repeat the animation indefinitely" is checked. Click Ok. You can preview your animation by going to View > Animation if you want to. To slow down your animation go to Animation > Frame Properties and type in a higher number than what is already in it.
To save your animation go to File > Save As and save it.
